HIITyasa is a science based SYSTEM that incorporates all of the elements needed in achieving total body and mind fitness into ONE workout in the least amount of time possible. 

 

It is the only formula-based fitness routine that is results driven, effective, modifiable, easy to navigate, dynamic, and buildable, on the market today.  From a beginner to an elite athlete, all fitness levels will be challenged and changed with this dynamic workout that promotes muscle building, flexibility, mindfulness, and cardiovascular strength, with decreased injury.

MEET THE CREATOR
Stacy Wise Gaucys 

HIITYyasa founder, Stacy Wise Gaucys has been a  fitness enthusiast for over 20 years.  After graduating from University of Northern Iowa with a Biochemistry degree, she furthered her love of learning about the human body with masters work in molecular biology from Texas Woman's University. After pausing her learning to raise her 3 kids, she found her true passion of helping people along their fitness and nutrition journey.  She dove into teaching fitness classes and personal training and added nutrition coaching and yoga certifications.  "It fills my soul to give someone the tools to change their life for the better.  If I can inspire just one person to find their healthiest version of themselves, it's worth everything to me".


In 2016 she opened a fitness boutique studio with her business parter Jo Stokes.  Jo's emphasis was heavily yoga oriented, while Stacy's was strength, muscle building, weight loss and management, and cardiovascular health. Stacy soon realized that fitness fanatics - like herself, needed more yoga, and yogis were needing more fitness, but nobody seemed to have the time to get every fitness format in with the proper amount needed to make a change.  Thus,  HIITyasa was born.  Many years were put forth developing, testing, and tweaking this fitness concept.  "I poured my heart and soul into HIITyasa..... I believed in it THAT much!"  All of that passion and hard work made HIITyasa what it is today - a well oiled fitness concept that is fun, challenging, and addicting.

 

To supplement HIITyasa, she developed a nutritional program "Transform 4", a four week group and coach supported journey of clean eating in the real world.  She has helped hundreds of people reach their goals, feel amazing, sleep better, and get in control of their nutrition.


Stacy continues to teach and film at her studio, Urban Vybe, in Flower Mound, TX ( Dallas suburb). She loves to golf with her friends, go to dinners with her grown kids, and travel to Mexico with her husband (love of her life).  "What am I not good at? For one, Yoga!  But you don't have to be amazing at yoga to do it!  You are still getting so many benefits even if it's not Instagramably pretty."  

 

"Have you ever woken up one day and said.....'OH! This is what I was put on Earth to do??'  Well, I know I have!"
